Summer Workouts

Updated for Summer 2018

We look forward to working with each player and getting ready for a successful season.  If your child plans to play sports, they must attend the summer workout program.   Below you will find a list of dates and times for the summer workout programs:

Boys

Dead Week: May 23-29

Wednesday, May 30 and Thursday, May 31 at 7:30

Every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from June 4-July 12, at 6:00 a.m.

*July 4- Holiday

July 16-20- Vacation

 

Girls

Dead Week: May 23-May 29

Jr. High Cheer Camp: May 28-30

Varsity Cheer Camp: June 4-7

Every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from June 4-July 12 at 7:30 a.m.

*July 4- Holiday

July 16-20- Vacation

*Anyone who cannot make the scheduled work outs must contact Coach McLendon.

 

Football

*July 23- First day of fall football practice at 8:00 am.

Monday-Friday and some Saturdays

Softball

Pitchers and Catchers

Beginning June 11-  Monday, Tuesday, and Thursdays at 5:15

All Other players

Beginning June 18- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 5:15

NO PRACTICE July 2-6

Beginning July 9- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Fridays at 5:15
