Summer Workouts

Updated for Summer 2019

Below you will find the workout times for the summer of 2019.  All students who plan to play sports (cheerleading, softball, football, basketball, or baseball, must attend the summer workout program.   We look forward to working with each player and getting ready for a successful season.

Junior High Cheer camp is May 27-29, 2019.

Varsity Cheer Camp is May 23-26, 2019.

Boys

Wednesday, May 22 and Thursday, May 23 at 6:00 a.m.

Every Tuesday, and Thursday from  May 28-July 18 at 6:00 a.m.

*Dead week is July 1-5.

 

 

Girls

Every  Tuesday, and Thursday from May 28- July 18 at 7:00 a.m.

*Dead week is July 1-5.

 

*Anyone who cannot make the scheduled workouts must contact Coach McLendon.

 

Football

*July 24- First day of fall football practice at 8:00 am.

Monday-Friday and some Saturdays

 

*The gym will be closed from July 1- July 14 for the refinishing of the floors.  No basketball practice during this time, but workouts will continue as scheduled above.
