Summer Workouts

Updated for Summer 2017

We look forward to working with each player and getting ready for a successful season.  If your child plans to play sports, they must attend the summer workout program.   Below you will find a list of dates and times for the summer workout programs:

Boys

Dead Week: May 22-29

Wednesday, May 31 and Thursday, June 1 at 7:30

Every Monday, Tuesday and Thursday at 7:30 June 5-July 13

*July 4- Holiday

Girls

Dead Week: May 29-June 2

Jr. High Cheer Camp: May 22-24

Varsity Cheer Camp: June 5-8

Every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 8:30 am June 5-July 13

*July 4- Holiday

July 17-21 Vacation Time for everyone

*Anyone who cannot make the scheduled  work outs must contact Coach McLendon.

 

Football

*July 24- First day of fall football practice at 7:30 am.

Monday-Friday and some Saturdays

Softball

June- Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 5:15

Off July 3-7

Starting July 10- Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 5:15
