Summer Workouts

2024 Summer Athletics 

All students who are participating in sports MUST attend our summer workout program.  Participation is required for cheerleading, softball, football, basketball, baseball, tennis and track.  We look forward to working with each young player and preparing for a successful year.  


Workouts will begin on June 3rd.


Monday through Thursday

V Boys at 6:00 a.m.

JV Boys at 7:00 a.m.

V Girls at 8:00 a.m.

JV Girls at 9:00 a.m.

*July 25th is the last day to lift weights


Jr. High Cheer Camp:  May 23rd-25th

Varsity Cheer Camp: May 23rd-25th


Softball practice will start on June 19; time TBA

Dead week is July 1-7.  No workouts or practices.

Varsity football practice begins on Monday, July 29.

Practice will be held at 8:00 a.m. on Monday through Friday and some Saturdays.

JV football practice will begin on July 29 at 11:00 a.m.


Senior sports banners-  Friday July, 26th at 8:00 A.M

Fall sports team pictures –  Tuesday July, 30th 8:00 A.M    Football, cheer, and softball pictures will be taken as well as program ad photos.


**Athletes must be accountable for making the required number of workouts to be eligible for participation in athletics.  If you have conflicts with any of the dates listed above you must see Coach Ray.
